Story of the Yceberg idea
I’ve had the idea of the Yceberg platform in my head since high school. But as a student I did not know that the Yceberg platform would be created. Several people have influenced me. First of all, of course, I was shaped by my family, friends and wife. At high school, however, it all started with three teachers.
The first one was my Maths teacher who once told us a simple story and suddenly drew a formula to calculate the Pythagoras´ theorem. He showed us how not to back away from the problem, how obstacles need to be looked at from different perspectives, and how to merge knowledge of different areas. That means knowing how to seize the problem from its viable side, from which we can solve it.
The second one was a strict English teacher who tested our knowledge at every lesson. It wasn't drastic, but you knew you couldn't rely on good luck. He wouldn’t give you a break until you said it right. The third one was another English teacher who was just the opposite. When he called you up and you didn't know the answer, everything was OK. Someone else answered, or the teacher answered himself. Then I noticed how the attitude of the other teacher negatively influenced the classmates and the quality of teaching.
The point of the stories is the attitude to the role, commitment or project at work, generally the attitude to life. The point is that if you can look at something from different perspectives, from above, then you suddenly do not see the problem or the one to blame – you automatically think positively in terms of creativity, combinations. And you move on, looking for a solution because there’s always one. That's what my boss taught me at work – there’s no such thing as “no go”. All you have to do is know in which direction to go, what procedure to choose, define priorities, whom to ask for assistance, and not be afraid to face the challenge. My English teachers taught me that each person requires a different approach. But all types of people have always had one thing in common – everyone needed some kind of support. I also experienced that moment. I wouldn't have written my thesis without the support of my classmate at university. And she just supported a friend, motivated him, assured him that it made sense and that he could make it.
The Yceberg vision is simple. The point is to show that commitments can be successfully accomplished, dreams can come true, life can be changed to your imagination. But you have to do something, change something. If you achieve little success, it is of great importance to you. It initiates the so-called FLOW – lust for further achievements. Thus, one begins to develop more and more. The Yceberg platform provides you an overview of the way to your goal. It inspires, gives directions, motivates you. You will keep concentrating to achieve your goal. In addition, you will have fun and meet new people who have done it and who will not let you stop before the finish line. Find out that you can do it.
The point is that you can finally be happy with yourself.

Story of the Yceberg idea
I’ve had the idea of the Yceberg platform in my head since high school where three teachers influenced me. The second one was a strict English teacher who tested our knowledge at every lesson. It wasn't drastic, but you knew you couldn't rely on good luck. The point is to look at things from different perspectives, from above, and new opportunities to move on open for you. It’s easier to define priorities, ask for assistance, and not to be afraid to face the challenge.
Everybody needs some kind of support.
